mm
erse”.This early career rotational experience, based out of the Mass Mutual office in Boston’s thriving Seaport district, is open to recent graduates interested in building a strong foundation across interrelated disciplines with flexibility to pursue a range of future leadership opportunities.

After two years, i
mm
erse participants should expect to transition to new roles that align with individual career goals. Past i
mm
erse graduates have attained roles in technology, asset management, venture capital, startups, management consulting, finance and graduate education.

Mass Mutual’s Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development groups consist of seasoned professionals from management consulting, investment banking, and professional services backgrounds with deep functional expertise. Leaders mentor analysts in an apprenticeship setting. i

erse transforms enterprising graduates into confident, dynamic professionals with a strong foundation in structured thinking and problem-solving. Analysts build expertise across skill and topics readily transferable across career paths.

• Brainstorm with team members to break down complex, unstructured problems into sizeable and logical “working assertions”
• Structure and communicate points of view to prove or disprove working assertions, making use of best practices in competitive, industry, and consumer research
• Analyze proprietary datasets and interpret trends to uncover actionable insights
• Construct quantitative financial models to value companies and assess business plans
• Evaluate financial statements and synthesize macro trends to support enterprise strategic planning
• Build client relationships through interactions across the business;
  contribute to executive meetings and develop compelling presentation skills
• Bring energy into teamwork and culture;
  proactively highlight ways to improve the experience for yourself and other members of team;
  lead by example

• Bachelor's degree expected between December 2026 and June 2027 and available to begin full-time employment in Summer 2027
• Evidence of quantitative skillset through coursework or certifications

• Preferred majors include Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science or similar quantitative fields
• Cumulative GPA of at least 3.5
• Past internship experience in management consulting, financial services, or related areas
