At PwC, our tax services team focuses on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. Those in mergers and acquisition tax advise clients during transactions, analysing tax implications, developing tax structures, and navigating complex regulations to optimise outcomes.

The opportunity in the Merger and Acquisition Tax team is a Senior Manager who leads the creation and implementation of impactful tax strategies for complex transactions. In this role you will guide large projects, innovate processes, maintain operational excellence, and interact with clients at a senior level to drive project success.

What You Must Have
  • 5 years of experience
  • CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
  • A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

Travel requirements: up to 20%.

Salary range: $124,000 - $335,000. Compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
