Analyst, Lending

• Analyze client holdings and identify Fully Paid Lending opportunities
• Drive the education and enrollment process from end to end
• Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert for PI Brokerage Consultants
• Actively call out top Fully Paid Lending opportunities
• Provide client service and support to participating clients across PI and FI
• Maintain and leverage relationships with participating clients, intermediaries, and internal business partners
• Develop a strong understanding of regulatory rules governing the business
• Position the firm to avoid regulatory issues
• Assist with future product development and program enhancements
• Support growth of Fidelity’s Fully Paid Lending Program and customer lending activities for institutional and channel customers

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage competing demands
• Several years of financial services experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience with Python preferred
• Series 7 and Series 63 required, and eventually Series 57
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to proactively identify issues, analyze complex situations, and implement effective solutions
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in high-pressure situations
• Ability to collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Trading, and Operations
• Continuous improvement mindset and desire to drive operational efficiency and scalability
