In this newly created role, the Chief Consumer Banking Officer can have a tremendous impact on the Bank, both today and well into the future. Position Summary:
- Reporting directly to the President, CEO, & Chair, lead Retail Banking, Consumer/Residential Lending, and Marketing and serve as a key business partner to the digital banking team.
- As a member of Executive Management, provide strategic leadership to three direct reports and approximately 260 total employees.
- Focus on delivering profitable, sustainable organic growth while preserving and strengthening the Bank's mutual values, community orientation, and commitment to customer service and long-term relationships.

- A minimum of ten to fifteen years of progressive leadership experience in community banking, with experience in both retail banking and consumer/residential lending.
- Demonstrated success driving organic growth in deposits and consumer loan portfolios.
- Strong understanding of the balance between branch-based relationship banking and digital channel evolution.
- Proven ability to lead senior leaders and align multiple business lines toward common strategic goals.
The salary range for this position is $260,000 to $335,000, plus additional benefits and bonus potential. Compensation is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function, and associated responsibilities, as well as a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
