Role Description s Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced FICO CCS (Corporate Cash Services) SME to provide functional expertise in cash management| payments| treasury services| and banking operations.
The candidate will act as the subject matter expert for FICO CCS| supporting business analysis| system enhancements| testing| production support| and stakeholder engagement within Banks payment and cash services ecosystem.
ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary SME for FICO CCS and related cash management applications.
Gather| analyze| and document business and functional requirements.
Support application enhancements| implementations| testing| and production issue resolution.
Collaborate with business| operations| and technology teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Provide expertise in cash management| treasury services| payment processing| and transaction operations.
Support project delivery| defect management| regulatory compliance| and change management activities.
Required SkillsStrong functional expertise in FICO CCS and banking operations.
Knowledge of cash management| treasury services| payments| ACH| wires| and transaction processing.
Experience with business analysis| requirements gathering| UAT| and production support.
Understanding of SDLC| Agile methodologies| and banking regulatory requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management| communication| and analytical skills.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in Retail Banking| Commercial Banking| Treasury Management| or Cash Services domains.
Experience working with large financial institutions.
Exposure to payment systems| treasury platforms| ACH processing| wire transfers| and cash management solutions.
Experience7+ years of banking or financial services experience.
3+ years of hands‑on experience with FICO CCS or equivalent cash management platforms.
