Company Overview:
A multi-family office manager in Boston is hiring a senior level professional for their tax and estate planning team. The role involves working with ultra-high net worth clients, to provide tax and estate planning guidance.
Job Responsibilities:- Research income tax and estate planning issues
- Manage the client tax compliance process
- Enhance relationships with clients and provide specific recommendations regarding tax and estate planning
- Participate in the service team’s frequent, direct interaction with clients
- Assist with tax issues and projects associated with the firm’s investment funds
- Over 10 years of relevant tax experience
- CPA, MST, or LLM designation required
- Advanced individual and estate tax planning background
- Comprehensive understanding of partnership, trust, and private foundation taxation and reporting
- Strong software skills, especially with Excel and preferably tax software such as Pro fx or BNA
- Understanding of California state taxes is a plus
Salary: $200,000 - $300,000, Plus Bonus
