Title: FP&A Business Manager

Salary: $120,000–$170,000 + discretionary annual bonus

Location: Boston, MA (Onsite initially, transitioning to a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite)

FP&A Business Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and financial planning

• Analyze client rates, discounts, pricing arrangements, and profitability

• Partner with internal stakeholders on billing, collections, and financial performance

• Review vendor contracts, pricing, renewals, and financial terms

• Serve as a strategic resource and sounding board for senior leadership

• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and business processes

• Support executive leadership with financial analysis, presentations, and strategic initiatives

• Oversee key vendor relationships and assist with broader business operations

• Drive cross-functional initiatives across departments

FP&A Business Manager Qualifications:

• 10+ years of business management, finance, FP&A, or related experience

• Strong financial literacy with the ability to analyze P&Ls, forecasts, expenses, and financial reports

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analytical experience

• Ability to translate financial data into practical business recommendations

• Polished executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership

• Advanced Excel skills

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
