As Sales Manager for the Investor Center, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of how Voya delivers wealth management guidance. This is an entrepreneur’s opportunity for a leader who wants to develop people, deepen client relationships, and help scale a modern, fiduciary-focused advisory business.

You’ll lead a team of financial advisors, with responsibility for advisor development, client experience, asset retention, and sales performance. More than managing outcomes, you’ll help create the environment, mindset, and capabilities that drive long-term success for both clients and advisors.  This role is ideal for a leader who is energized by coaching others, building strong teams, and growing alongside the business.
