Clinical Trials Associate Financial Analyst
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
About the RoleMedasource is hiring a Clinical Trials Associate Financial Analyst to support the financial management of industry-sponsored clinical research studies. This is a great opportunity for an early-career finance professional interested in gaining hands-on experience within healthcare and clinical research.
What You’ll Do- Support financial audits and closeouts of clinical research studies
- Review and reconcile invoices, sponsor payments, study budgets, and outstanding receivables
- Assist with invoicing, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
- Work with internal research teams and external sponsors to resolve financial discrepancies
- Manage multiple study audits and financial priorities simultaneously
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, billing, accounts receivable, or a related area
- Financial auditing or reconciliation experience preferred
- Research or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication skills, and willingness to learn
