RequirementsBachelor's in finance, business, economics, or accounting; 10+ years in FP&A, strategy, or related roles within biotech, pharma, or life sciences; expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic planning; strong communication skills for stakeholder influence; experience with healthcare/biotech industries and enterprise planning tools like Hyperion; leadership in process improvement.
Preferredadvanced degree (MBA), experience with portfolio management and cross-functional collaboration at senior levels, proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
High-Valuesupporting drug discovery, development, and commercialization across multiple disease areas; role involves corporate valuation, scenario analysis, and executive-level presentations.
