Private Equity M&A Junior Associate — Equity

Goodwin seeks a highly qualified class of 2025 associate to join our Private Equity group in Boston. Candidates should have some experience or demonstrated interest in private M&A and growth equity transactions, with a basic understanding of the diligence process, ancillary work streams, and signing/closing logistics.

Successful applicants will display good judgment, proactive communication, and the ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
