EWC Growth is seeking a Wax Specialist Peer Trainer-Licensed Esthetician/Cosmetologist in our Boston area. The role starts as a Wax Specialist and advances into a Peer Trainer who mentors new hires, coaches waxing techniques, and upholds brand standards.
The ideal candidate has a valid esthetician license, at least 6 months waxing experience, strong communication, leadership, and a passion for teaching. Open scheduling enables either full-time or part-time arrangements based on center needs.
