LPN or Electrologist - Laser Hair Removal Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Electrologist Specialist for Laser Hair Removal and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In this role, you will deliver expert laser hair removal treatments, providing clients with safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic solutions. Your passion for skincare and commitment to exceptional customer service will help clients achieve their beauty goals while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

In addition to providing services, you will also service our patients and support our providers as a patient coordinator. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a vibrant, client-focused setting dedicated to enhancing confidence and well-being.

Electrologist or Licensed Practical Nursefor Laser Hair Removal and other services within scope of practice:

• Perform laser hair removal treatments with precision, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
• Provide comprehensive consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Maintain detailed treatment records using salon software such as Zenoti
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and available aesthetic services
• Uphold strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff
• Support retail sales of skincare products, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, laser skin resurfacing and other aesthetic offerings

Experience

• Certification or licensing in electrolysis or LPN required in MA; additional esthetician licenses are a plus
• Proven experience in retail sales within the beauty or skincare industry preferred
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and procedures in a clinical or salon setting
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to educate clients effectively on treatment options and aftercare

We are seeking a part-time, up to 24 hours a week candidate at this time with Monday, Tuesday + flexible third day each week and Saturday availability. This role is ideal for a motivated provider who wants to grow within a structured, supportive, and fast-paced aesthetic practice!
