Job Description
Cryo Hub is a Boston body care company specializing in noninvasive body treatments, including Endosphères and Neveskin services.

We are hiring a junior licensed esthetician who wants hands‑on experience with advanced body‑care equipment. Previous machine or body‑contouring experience is not required. We will provide paid training and in‑house certification on our treatment protocols and equipment at no cost to you.

Recent esthetics graduates are encouraged to apply.

This is a temporary‑to‑permanent position beginning with one or two shifts per week. Starting hours will be limited and based on current client demand. Our goal is to find someone we can train, develop and transition into a permanent part‑time position with additional hours as client demand, performance and operational needs grow. Applicants should be genuinely comfortable beginning with a small schedule.

• Perform noninvasive body‑care treatments after completing training
• Follow Cryo Hub's treatment, safety and sanitation protocols
• Prepare clients, treatment rooms and equipment
• Complete accurate client notes and treatment documentation
• Clean and reset rooms between appointments
  
  Educate clients about treatment expectations and recommended scheduling
• Assist with client check‑in, rebooking and light front‑desk duties as needed
• Provide a professional, warm and consistent client experience
• Help maintain a clean, organized and client‑ready studio

• Active Massachusetts esthetics license
• New graduates and early‑career estheticians are welcome
• Dependable, punctual and comfortable working independently
• Interested in body care, wellness and noninvasive technology
• Able to follow detailed protocols and accept coaching
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Comfortable performing hands‑on treatments and remaining active throughout the shift
• Willing to assist with room turnover, cleaning and basic studio operations
• Available for a consistent weekly schedule
