Patient Service Representative - Radiology

Beth Israel Lahey Health - Up to $25.50/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Answer, screen and process a high volume of incoming calls in a dedicated call center.;
Triage calls using scripts to determine appointment type, provider, and urgency.;
Schedule appointments using centralized scheduling system; verify demographics and obtain referrals; document payer information.;
Inform patients of necessary preparation and required documents for scheduled visits; coordinate data for tests and procedures.;
Triage urgent information or services and respond to provider emails.
