Supervise inpatient pharmacy technicians and pharmacy students/interns across all areas of pharmacy technician practice;
Oversee daily operations of pharmacy technicians and pharmacy students/interns with regards to drug distribution, safety and efficacy;
Staff training and development; recruitment; disciplinary matters and performance evaluations;
Participate in scheduling, vacations/leave approvals, and timecard/payroll activities;
Promote a culture of respect and teamwork within the Pharmacy Department
