Director Clinical Pharmacology

This rapidly growing biotech organization is hiring for a Director, Clinical Pharmacology who will serve as the Clinical Pharmacology expert responsible for advancing the team's early-stage assets. They ll be deeply engaged in every facet of the clinical pharmacology team s planning and execution, taking an active, hands-on role in shaping strategy, generating analyses, and driving the operational work needed to advance programs effectively.

• Lead clinical pharmacology for assigned programs, drive dose selection, PK/PD and exposure–response analysis, and data‑driven recommendations.
• Own clinical pharmacology strategy, execution, data integrity, and scientific interpretation.
• Translate cross‑functional needs into clear clinical pharmacology objectives, plans, and timelines. This includes streamlining on‑time delivery of clinical pharmacology outputs.
• Author key documents including protocols, study reports, regulatory submissions, and scientific communications.
• Provide expert clinical pharmacology input for regulatory interactions and respond to program‑related inquiries.
• Manage and evaluate external vendors to ensure high‑quality scientific and operational deliverables.
• Contribute to program leadership by identifying risks, resolving issues, influencing development strategy, and mentoring junior team members.

• Education:
  
  Ph.D. or Pharm D in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacometrics, or related field with a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
• Must have strong Oncology experience including experience in development of small and/or large molecules.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and works effectively within a highly matrixed team.
