Overview

Telehealth Outpatient Mental Health Therapist at ReAlign Wellness Group – a virtual role focused on providing high‑quality therapeutic care to clients in Massachusetts while supporting therapists through streamlined procedures, technology, and autonomy.

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and facilitate crisis planning as needed.
• Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions across a range of mental health diagnoses.
• Document sessions and maintain clinical paperwork within 48 hours of each session.
• Collaborate with clients’ medical and mental health teams, and make appropriate community referrals.
• Attend weekly supervision (or biweekly case consultation) and participate in case consultation/supervision for non‑independently licensed therapists.

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Licensure: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD – licensed in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2 years direct clinical experience.
• Familiarity with DSM‑5 and requirement to be CANS certified if mandated by insurance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, writing, organization, problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and cultural‑competence skills.

• Maintain professional behavior with clients and adhere to HIPAA compliance.
• Complete administrative notes within 48 hours of sessions.
• Minimum 10 completed sessions weekly; 25 sessions weekly qualifies as full‑time with benefits.
• Available to be on‑call for clients during caseload.

• W2 fee‑for‑service position.
• Compensation for no‑shows, admin time, case consultation/supervision, and crisis calls.
• No responsibility for clawbacks.
• Billing services and EHR provided.
• Administrative and marketing support – choose your clients, create your own schedule (no evenings required).

Hourly rates vary by license level:
PhD/PsyD $70.00, LCSW $50.00, LMFT/LMHC/LISW $60.00.
