Overview
Phaxis Education is hiring multiple School Occupational Therapists across Massachusetts to support students’ functional, academic, and developmental needs in school-based settings! This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and make a meaningful impact in K–12 schools.
Position Type:
Full-Time and Contract Opportunities
Caseload:
Multiple Caseloads Available
- Provide school-based occupational therapy services
- Support fine motor, sensory processing, and self-regulation skills
- Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, and goal development
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and related service providers
- Maintain documentation in compliance with Massachusetts and federal education regulations
- Valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
