Position: Staff Development Coordinator

Join our team at North End Rehabilitation and Healthcare as a Staff Development Coordinator (SDC).

Full‑time opportunity available

Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM

$95,000 – $110,000 per year (all inclusive)

Responsibilities for Staff Development Coordinator (SDC)
  • Ensure the center has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times.
  • Providing education to existing staff and ensuring medical documentation and education documents are orderly filed.
  • Running and assisting with employee training and orientation.
  • Assisting with admissions when needed, and with the overall flow of the nursing department and units.
Qualifications of Staff Development Coordinator (SDC)
  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN or RN license in Massachusetts.
  • Prior experience as a Staff Development Coordinator, or Infection Preventionist within a nursing center or healthcare setting.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
