About the Role
As Front Office Manager, you will play a key role in managing schedules, systems, and patient communications behind the scenes. You’ll ensure a seamless administrative experience from scheduling through billing, while coordinating closely with clinicians and managing the overall flow of patient communications.
- Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate staff efficiently and professionally
- Schedule appointments, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and support patient registration workflows
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure information is up-to-date in the EMR system
- Coordinate with therapists to optimize scheduling and daily flow of appointments
- Process payments and manage insurance-related inquiries with confidentiality
- Stay informed about clinic services and programs to assist patients effectively
- Manage multiple administrative responsibilities with strong time management and attention to detail
About You
You will be a great fit for this role if you bring the following:

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Highly organized and skilled in managing multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Patient-first and customer-service oriented.
- Proficiency with EMR scheduling software;
- Two years experience as a medical office professional. Physical Therapy setting a plus!
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and over the phone
