Experience- 12 months of role experience is required, with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
- Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
- Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).
- Local & travel allowed. Candidates living within 75 miles from facility will be processed as local.
- No current placement allowed at Program:
Supplemental Program - Boston Medical Center (BMC). - Pre‑employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your onboarding process.
- Proof of identification required.
Prefer 1 reference from last travel assignment. Supervisor title not accepted.
Nurses only – BMC does not have telemetry technicians. Candidates are required to take and pass an advanced Dysrhythmia exam after an offer is extended and before accepting (within 48 hours of offer). 2 attempts to pass. Passing score is an 80% or the minimum of the angoff score. Will accept a previously completed exam if it’s within 1 year of start date.
Will also take a tele test day 1 of orientation.
- 2+ years acute care in Adult Med/Surg and Hematology/Oncology.
E/O Weekend, E/O Holiday.
7 days maximum time off.
3 references from last 2 years (any reference type) – 1 required for submission.
