Perform MRI imaging procedures as per hospital protocols.
Job Details
- Must hold ARRT certification.
- Must have a valid Massachusetts state license.
- BLS certification required (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military accepted).
- Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date.
- Fit Test (N95) within 365 days to start date and updated annually.
- Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required.
- Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30).
- Documentation of TB skin test or negative Quanti
FERON TB Test within 3 months of start date. - Physician health statement within 365 days of start date.
- MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date.
- MGB Massachusetts CORI background check required.
- MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
- Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation required.
- Two recent references, minimum 1 supervisor or above, in skillset required.
- MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
- MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
- MGB Education Verification required.
- MGB SSN Trace required.
- MGB National Sex Offender Check required.
- MGB Exclusion Checks required.
- MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission.
Job Requirements
- Week 1:
Wednesday 11am-11:30pm, Thursday 11am-11:30pm, Saturday 7am-7:30pm - Week 2:
Sunday 7am-7:30pm, Tuesday 11am-11:30pm, Wednesday 11am-11:30pm
Schedule Information
- AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military BLS accepted; specific hospitals have preferences for AHA or Red Cross.
- MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
- No religious exemptions for N95 fit testing.
- Flu mist administered by pharmacy or provider accepted; self-administered flu mist not accepted.
