Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist for a Breast Imaging department, requiring ARRT (Mammography) certification, active MA licensure, and a minimum of 18 months of mammography experience.
Responsibilities- Breast Imaging / Mammography department setting
- 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
- No weekends and no major holiday coverage required
- No on-call requirement
- Previous travelers who have worked at this facility are not eligible for this position
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
- A preference is given to candidates who can provide at least one reference from a recent temporary or travel assignment
- Minimum 18 months of experience in a mammography or breast imaging setting
- Active ARRT certification with Mammography designation required
- Active BLS certification required
- Active MA state license required (license required if applicable)
- Level 1 Trauma Hospital experience required
- 2 professional references required for consideration, at least one from a manager-level or above (supervisor title not accepted), with one evaluation within the last 12 months and the other within the last 3 years; references from other travelers are not accepted
