Personal Care Attendant

About the Home

Mount Pleasant Home is a rest home (residential care home) providing care to residents ages 62+. We are a cozy, family-oriented community servicing around 60 residents.

Our Personal Care Attendants actively incorporate our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.” You would develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Pay range: $20.50-25/hour depending on experience.

Part-time overnight and per-diem shifts available.

• A desire to have a positive impact in the lives of older adults
• 1-2 years prior CNA or caregiving experience
• Experience with medication administration (medication certified)
• English proficiency required (written and oral)
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Flexible schedule
