Staff Pharmacist | Boston, Massachusetts

A healthcare facility in Boston, MA is seeking qualified pharmacists for a contract role to help manage increased workload during a system transition. This is an opportunity to contribute to long‑term care pharmacy operations in a dynamic environment.

• Review and clear data entries (PV1 role)
• Verify and check prescriptions and documentation (PV2 role)
• Collaborate with pharmacy team to streamline workflow and catch up on backlog
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including opening and closing shifts Monday through Friday, and weekends as needed
• Adapt to a new system recently converted to Frameworks

• MA pharmacist license in hand (required)
• Prior long‑term care pharmacy experience preferred, but retail pharmacists with strong adaptability are welcome
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong communication skills for coordination with the pharmacy team and quick onboarding

• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (flexible shifts)
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible weekend coverage)

• Approximately 4 to 6 weeks, until workflow stabilizes
