• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health.
• Assist with mobility and physical exercises to enhance client well-being.
• Engage clients in conversation and activities to promote mental stimulation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations in caregiving practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Previous experience in home care or caregiving roles is a plus.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
