Senior Director, Translational Sciences

Kennedy Bond are currently partnered with a highly innovative MA based biotech who are expanding their team and hiring a Senior Director, Translational Science. Our client are a very well funded biotech with an exceptional leadership team; this is truly a unique opportunity to work with renowned industry leaders.

You will provide leadership, operational oversight and hands-on expertise across pharmacology and translational science activities across nonclinical programs and in support of clin dev programs.

Further responsibilities include:

• Owning non-clinical data quality and oversight
• Partnering closely with Clinical, Discovery, and external vendors
• Supporting protocol review and study execution
• Ensuring outputs are clean, interpretable, and decision-ready
• Sitting on both clinical and non-clinical sub-teams
• Working closely with senior leadership, with real visibility into program direction

Ideally you will:

• Come from a DMPK / bioanalytical or translational science background
• Have a strong understanding of PK, data flow, and non-compartmental analysis
• Be comfortable ensuring data integrity, reconciliation, and inspection readiness
• Enjoy working cross-functionally across Discovery and Clinical
• Think strategically about how data supports regulatory submissions and investor materials
