Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting travel opportunity for an experienced Travel CVICU Registered Nurse in Boston, Massachusetts . This assignment offers a competitive weekly blended rate of $3,000 , based on three 12-hour rotating shifts , providing the chance to work in one of the nation's top cardiac care environments.

Key Responsibilities of the CVICU RN:
Provide advanced critical care to post-open heart, cardiac surgery, and hemodynamically unstable patients
Manage ventilators, vasoactive drips, IABPs, CRRT, and other complex therapies
Perform continuous assessments and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
Collaborate closely with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams
Prepare patients for procedures and assist with emergent interventions
Maintain precise documentation in the EMR
Educate patients and families on treatments, recovery expectations, and cardiac care
Requirements of the CVICU RN:
Active Massachusetts RN license (or ability to obtain)
BLS, CPR and ACLS required
Minimum 2 years of recent CVICU or high-acuity ICU experience
Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring, critical thinking, and rapid response
Experience with advanced cardiac devices strongly preferred
