An opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Operating Room care, highly suited for professionals with experience in Level 1 trauma settings. This contract position demands a committed, detail-oriented nurse ready to support critical inpatient surgeries in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

• 12-hour day shifts
• Three shifts every 12 days
• Every other holiday coverage
• On-call duties required

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of inpatient surgical nursing experience
• Mandatory Level 1 trauma nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficient in at least five different surgical services
• Strong communication skills combined with a positive, adaptable attitude

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in the operating room for patients undergoing various surgical procedures
• Ensure readiness and proper usage of surgical equipment and instruments
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care
• Maintain adherence to safety and quality standards, especially in trauma cases
• Participate in on-call rotations to support surgical emergencies and urgent cases
