- Job involves 36 or 48 hour shifts, day/night rotating schedule.
- Every other weekend and holiday shifts required.
- Requires 4+ years of RN experience.
- Requires 1+ years of travel nursing experience and level 1 experience.

- Must have professional nursing license verified within 30 days of start date; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
- Must have documentation of required immunizations and health screenings including MMR, Influenza Vaccine, Hepatitis B (strongly preferred), TB Test, Health Statement, and Fit Test.
- Must pass MGB Medication Exam with 80% or higher within 365 days.
- Must complete criminal background checks including MGB Criminal Background Check, Massachusetts CORI, National Sex Offender Check, and Exclusion Checks.
- Must provide MGB Resume, References, Skills Checklist, Education Verification, SSN Trace, and Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form as required.
- Must have documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine or proof of immunity.
- Influenza vaccine required during flu season with no exemptions.
- TB skin test or blood test within 3 months of start date and updated if break >6 months.
- Physician statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
- Fit Test within 365 days of start date and updated annually.
- Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required.
Job Requirements

Schedule Information
- Candidates with last names M-Z only for this order; separate order for A-L.
- AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military BLS accepted; some hospitals prefer AHA only.
- No religious exemptions for N95 fit testing.
- Flu mist administered by pharmacy or provider accepted; self-administered flu mist not accepted.
