Working with a well-funded biotechnology company in Cambridge, MA.
They are looking to make their first hire in Quality and seeking an experienced leader to support their operations.
The role:
- Lead the quality planning process to define the quality strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Design implementation and maintenance of a QMS to ensure compliance with relevant GMP, GDP, GLP, GCP and GPvP guidelines.
- Advise on Quality related matters and work cross-functionally as quality representative
- Implement and manage a vendor management program for qualification and oversight of GxP vendors.
The ideal candidate will:
- MSc/PhD in relevant scientific field
- 10+ Years Quality Assurance
- Experience with mRNA Vaccines
- GxP Experience
- Experience building and managing a QMS
- Seniority level Director
