Physical Therapist/Per Visit - VBA Home Health Care of BostonVNA of Boston is hiring Per Visit PTs for our Dorchester Teams
VNA of Boston is seeking Per Visit PTs for Home Health visits.
Must have Home Health and Oasis E experience.
Daily Visit Rate: $492.00, varies based on number of visits and type of visits.
Work any combination of days and hours. Visits are scheduled between 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri and/or between 8a-6:30p Sat-Sun.
You let us know your availability to work with a preceptor and educator. A 24-hour weekly schedule is recommended while training.
Requirements:
- Good standing MA PT license
- Home Health and Oasis E experience
- Willingness to travel within a territory.
