Coordinate all patient access functions including registration, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, charge entry, billing, and managed care support;
Provide front-end customer service and MPI/registration data accuracy;
Assist with credentialing, calendars, and departmental scheduling;
Respond to phone and email inquiries and maintain confidential patient information;
Perform administrative duties to support the clinic operations (filing, copying, faxing, reports)
