Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW​/Psychologist

We are hiring licensed Therapists or Psychologists (LICSW/PsyD) for part‑time and full‑time Integrated Care and outpatient roles in Norwoods/Taunton. The position can involve a split between integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy, and is ideal for clinicians experienced with patients across the lifespan, proficient in empirically supported treatments, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, primary‑care environment.

• Integrated Care clinicians are embedded within a pediatric office and are integral to pediatric teams.
• Work primarily with pediatric and adolescent patients on issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions and other mental health concerns, using evidence‑based therapies such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment.
• Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions and frequently consult with medical professionals.
• Ideal for clinicians who thrive in a quick pace, think well on their feet, and value interdisciplinary work.
