Oncology Pharmacy Manager Needed At Progressive Health System
An award-winning academic health system in the Boston area is seeking a Pharmacy Manager, Hematology/Oncology to lead a high-performing oncology pharmacy team within a large, complex healthcare environment. This leadership role will oversee oncology pharmacy operations, staff management, quality initiatives, financial stewardship, and strategic program development while collaborating closely with hematology/oncology providers to enhance patient outcomes. Qualified candidates must possess a BS Pharmacy or PharmD and be eligible for pharmacist licensure in Massachusetts prior to hire. Candidates should have completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency plus a PGY2 specialty or HSPAL residency, a PGY1 residency plus two years of relevant experience, or have at least four years of oncology pharmacy leadership experience. Prior hematology/oncology experience is strongly preferred, along with demonstrated leadership abilities, staff development experience, operational management expertise, and a commitment to advancing clinical pharmacy services.
