Clinical Specialist

We are partnering with an industry-leading medical device organization seeking a Clinical Specialist to support the growth and adoption of innovative cardiac rhythm management technology throughout the Boston, Springfield, and Hartford markets.

This is a unique opportunity for a clinical professional with Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and/or Electrophysiology (EP) experience who enjoys being in procedures, educating physicians, and helping drive the adoption of cutting-edge technology that is changing patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical, clinical, and educational support for cardiac rhythm management procedures.
  • Partner with physicians, EP labs, nurses, and hospital staff to ensure procedural success and positive patient outcomes.
  • Support physician training, therapy adoption, and market development initiatives.
  • Deliver product and therapy education to both internal and external customers.
  • Communicate clinical data and best practices related to the therapy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5+ years of medical device experience, ideally within Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM), Electrophysiology (EP), or a related cardiovascular specialty.
  • Strong clinical and procedural expertise with the ability to support complex cases.
  • Comfortable working in hospital, cath lab, and EP lab environments.
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $115,000 - $125,000
  • Annual Variable Compensation:
    Approximately $30,000 at plan
