Director of Pharmacy & Clinical Nutrition

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Director of Pharmacy & Clinical Nutrition in Boston, MA!

This is a direct-hire, onsite position. The annual salary is $189,000 - $210,000 + negotiable sign-on bonus.

Seeking a senior pharmacy leader to oversee all aspects of hospital pharmacy operations, clinical services, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, budgeting, quality improvement, residency programs, and medication management. This executive role partners closely with physicians, nursing, and hospital leadership to drive safe, efficient, and high-quality pharmacy services while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• PharmD from an accredited U.S. pharmacy school.
• Massachusetts Pharmacist License by hire date.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy leadership experience.
• 2-3 years as an Assistant Director of Pharmacy in an organization with a PGY2 Pharmacy Administration Residency Program.
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills.

• MS, MBA, MHA, MPH, or related graduate degree.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and inventory systems.
• Knowledge of national pharmacy trends and regulatory requirements.
• Experience presenting operational, financial, clinical, and research initiatives.
