Job Title
Shift: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, day/night rotation
Start Times: 9 AM or 11 AM
Every 3rd weekend as needed; every other holiday
Call: 1x per schedule
May float to Moakley or other OR campuses if needed
ResponsibilitiesProvide surgical services in various specialties including general, gynecology, urology, oral, otolaryngology, bariatrics, orthopedics, neurology, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastics, podiatry, robotics, pediatrics, trauma, and spine
Maintain a positive attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Ensure excellent communication with team members
RequirementsMinimum 3 years of inpatient surgery experience
Level 1 trauma experience required
NBSTSA certification required; no other certifications accepted
BLS certification required
Competency in at least 5 of the listed surgical services
Preferred SkillsExcellent communication skills
