Assist residents/patients with all aspects of personal care as indicated in the care plans;
Be proficient in obtaining vital signs and other procedures such as temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure, weight, blood glucose levels, pulse oximetry and urine and stool specimens as directed;
Document pertinent information regarding care delivered in the resident/patient's electronic medical record;
Observe and report skin integrity and changes to the nursing team;
Follow infection control practices
