Registered Dietician | ANRC
$54.00 - $55/hour | 1099 Contracted Position
Part-Time | 16hrs/week

Delivering Solutions that Matter:- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for residents, including evaluation of medical conditions, dietary needs, weight trends, laboratory values, and nutritional risk factors.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans in collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Manage therapeutic diets, food preferences, texture modifications, and nutrition interventions to support resident health, safety, and quality of life.
- Monitor residents for changes in nutritional status, including weight loss/gain, hydration concerns, malnutrition risk, and response to dietary interventions; update care plans as needed.
- Provide nutrition education and guidance to residents, families, and facility staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and long-term care nutrition requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics
- Current, unencumbered RD/RDN credential and Massachusetts licensure
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nutrition preferred.
- Knowledge of CMS regulations, nutrition assessments, care planning, and therapeutic diets.
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
