The Bostonian Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking a seasoned MDS Coordinator
. Our compassionate and experienced staff will welcomes you to join our team and work with them to provide top of the line care to our residents.

Requirements for MDS Coordinator:
- Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- At least two (2) years of MDS experience preferred
Job Duties for MDS Coordinator:
- Accurate completion of RAI for all Medicare patients in the facility
- Provides completion of the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs
- Complete OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows
