Bostonian Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking a seasoned MDS Coordinator. Our compassionate and experienced staff will welcomes you to join our team and work with them to provide top of the line care to our residents.
The MDS Coordinator will ensure accurate completion of RAI for all Medicare patients in the facility, oversee the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs, and complete OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows.
