Role:
Scheduler - Interventional Cardiology
- Coordinate and schedule procedures within the cardiology department, focusing on interventional cardiology cases.
- Utilize Epic scheduling system to effectively manage appointments and patient flow.
- Ensure smooth communication between clinical staff, patients, and providers to optimize scheduling efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to department protocols.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with cardiology scheduling.
- Proficiency in Epic scheduling system required.
- Experience in healthcare scheduling and knowledge of cardiology procedures advantageous.
