Massachusetts General Hospital -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Registered Nurse with patient care tasks including monitoring vital signs, blood glucose, and performing EKGs;
Provide 1:1 observation for patients at risk for injury and assist with activities of daily living;
Maintain patient safety, infection control, and proper body mechanics during patient handling;
Document patient information accurately and communicate changes in patient condition to the RN;
Support unit operations and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure efficient patient care
