Perform vital signs, weights/heights, intakes, and outputs with accuracy and within established time frame or as requested.;
Complete all documentation in the medical record as required.;
Interact with patients and their families effectively.;
Help patients with basic hygiene tasks, including bathing, dressing, toilet assistance, and feeding.;
Assist with turning and repositioning patients in bed and assist with transfers to wheelchairs as needed.;
Listen to health concerns and report them to the nurses.
