Medical Program Lead

USD 240000 - USD 280000 per year

Medical Program Lead will participate in the development of and lead the execution of the medical pre-launch and launch activities for an Immunology asset, while adhering to the highest scientific and ethical standards ensuring success. Activities include medical affairs tactics, support to scientific communications, publications and clinical studies. Continuous support to activities and deliverables owned by the cross-functional headquarters teams (including Marketing, Patient Access, and Community Engagement).

Preferred candidates located close to one of our East Coast offices (NC and MA).

• Build and execute global medical strategy and tactical plans (pre-launch and launch)
• Manage engagement of global KOLs in the field
• Input to clinical development activities
• Internal and external medical/scientific communication and education deliverables
• External and internal training and training material
• Scientific input to external and internal scientific publications
• Support to cross-functional projects
• Provide scientific input to the development of material driven by cross-functional teams

• >8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry (e.g., Medical Affairs)
• Experience with global/regional launch experience is desirable
• Experience and ability to engage with key external stakeholders
• Proven ability to build and execute strategic and tactical medical plans
• Demonstrated ability to accurately and effectively evaluate and analyse medical/scientific literature
• Developed presentation and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
