• Assisting with patient evaluations and assessments to identify treatment goals and develop individualized plans
• Implementing occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and modalities, to promote patient recovery and independence
• Collaborating with the occupational therapy team to ensure seamless communication and implementation of treatment plans
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records
• Providing education and training to patients, families, and caregivers to support independent living and long-term recovery
