Mass General Brigham is seeking CRNAs to provide anesthesia coverage for ENT, ophthalmology, and head & neck surgeries at a nationally ranked specialty hospital affiliated with Harvard. This role includes working with complex airway, skull base, and ophthalmologic cases in a high-acuity academic environment.

Compensation:$260/hr Assignment Details Start:
June 29, 2026

Contract Length: 13 weeks with possible extension

Coverage needed July September and ongoing

Seeking providers available for 3+ shifts per week Minimum availability: 2 shifts per week

Schedule

Monday Friday7:00 AM 8:00 PMNo weekends

No call Limited summer vacation approval (maximum 1 week)

Responsibilities

Provide general and regional anesthesia

Manage difficult/high-risk airways

Support ENT, ophthalmology, and head & neck surgeries

Collaborate with surgical and perioperative teams

Perform continuous anesthesia assessment and patient monitoring

RequirementsNBCRNA Certified Required Active Massachusetts License RequiredACLS, BLS, and PALS Required Epic experience preferred

Teaching hospital experience preferred

New grads accepted only if they completed a clinical rotation with the client

Additional Information Parking allowance: $17/dayBill rate is all-inclusive
