The Cigna Group's Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse to provide in-home IV infusions and compassionate patient care, delivering life-changing services in patients' own homes.
You will partner with pharmacists and care teams, document assessments and progress, act as the primary contact for updates, and exercise clinical autonomy to achieve optimal outcomes, with occasional evenings and weekends as required.
